So, it’s been a weekend longer than usual, with easter and all. I went away to some relatives with my family – and it was great!

A thursday
Selfportrait with blurry feathers in the foreground
Went into town for a meeting with the owner and manager of da Matteo to
talk about a picture reportage/series I’m gonna make about them
Then I went to grab a coffee with my friend Meliha (at another of da Matteo’s places),
she stole my camera and photographed me!
The spring weather was l o v e l y ! It was also very nice to see Meliha, it had been a while since the last time we met!
The weekend, birthday celebrations, a vernissage and stuff!
And of course, mostly in pictures! :D
Friday

Friday was my birthday, I turned 23 and was so happy! (picture is taken by my dear Ante, and on sunday but still!) I got the most amazing tea pot from him as a gift, as well as pancakes for breakfast – served on the bed! <3
Little Photos
I’ve started trying not to bring the digital camera with me all the time cause it’s heavy, and I just take a lot of unnecessary pictures that I never do anything with, they just lay around on my computer collecting digital dust and taking up space. Most days I just bring my analogue camera, and then I’ve started to use the camera in my phone some more.
Here are some random pictures from the phone, all shot and edited with the app Little Photo. Got a new app yesterday though, so gonna try that out now.

The Year of 2011 | With Pictures [and some text]

Took a hairy selfportrait, and one with a butterfly. I was out in the snow and photographed horses and pretty jewelry. I was the managing photographer at a new convention in town – and there I got to shoot an awesome cosplayer in an awesome tunnel!
Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

Photographer is my dear boyfriend <3 (edited by me). I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas now!
Christmas is drawing nearer

And it sure feels weird, it’s pretty warm outside (especially for being at middle of December), there’s no snow. It’s still green outside in some places for heaven’s sake!
Yet I’ve done my best to get in the spirit. It’s christmas decorations at home and I’ve lit candles in the evenings, listened to christmas carols and we’ve been drinking lots of mulled wine and eaten way to many ginger breads. These past days I’ve been singing along to the music while wrapping up some gifts and now I’m done with that too. Mum’s been baking a lot of christmas candy at home and there we’ll have a tree so when I go home tonight or tomorrow, I’m sure it’ll feel even better!
This weekend I went to Liseberg, a theme park we have here, and every year they make a winter/christmas landscape and it’s just lovely! So walking around in there got me even more in the mood for christmas. I took some pictures and I thought I’d try and share some of that christmasy feeling with ya’ll.
How do you guys feel, are you in the mood for christmas? Do you like christmas? A lot of people who don’t, due to stress and economics and what not. I love it! To plan, buy and wrap presents, to give them away and see the reaction on people when they get em. I love to sit down with my nearest and dearest and eat a lot of great food and have a good time.
