Cozy selfportrait/diptych I took up in the north.
Two more shots from my little shaman/druid selfportrait shoot I spontaniously did last week.

A little bit of shamanism with that morning coffee? Here you go, a selfportrait from yesterday! Btw, listening to this while doing the shoot helped a lot to get in the right mood, Shpongle ftw!

Nikon D80, Nikkor 24mm f/2.8. Tripod and remote, window light and reflector. Selfportrait.

Had to take some selfies on the “magical” date of 11/11-11, especially with that wonderful light in the kitchen. I only added some more contrast and made them monochrome, they are very simple and unplanned but I kinda like it.

So, it’s Friday, and the week with the workshop called Monday Projects is finally over. This week, our teachers thought that “hey, every date has a special day/holiday assigned to it these days – let’s do something with that”
So, on Monday the 17 of october, it was “Wear Something Gaudy Day”. This is your chance to really stick out in a crowd. The word “gaudy” refers to something bright, gay, cheap, showy, outlandish or otherwise not in good taste.
Our assignment was to shoot someone that celebrates this day, and I decided to shoot how I would look if I was to participate in this weird day.

Nikon D7000 + Nikkor 24mm f/2.8, bouncing the flash on the camera in the ceiling, and a nother flash coming from the left (my right)
Such a crappy picture but amazing light and surroundings, I will definitely return there.. soon!

Nikon D7000 + Nikkor 24mm f/2.8, ambient light + a reflector. Selfportrait.

Another selfportrait from last week. Decided not too edit this too much, show the “real me”. Dark under the eyes, tired looking and not with the best skin in the world but hey – I’m only human. Also, things are changing and I think I will feel and look better, healthier and more alive – hopefully soon. I like this one though :)

Feels a bit weird showing pictures like this, they’re so… naked? I do love that sweater though <3
