We have 2 weeks of fashion workshop with photographer Pär Zennström now. He’s acting as our creative director/ project manager. Our assignment is to shoot for the model agency JO! Models that previously went under a different name, but they are now re-launching themselves and need new pictures. We were divided into for groups, and each group shall produce one picture (a collage-like thing) and a movie (stop motion). Also, their models that we got to use for free will get pictures for their portfolios.

It was really fun and I really liked our model Ida. I can’t wait to show you my pictures of her, as well as an behind the scenes movie and the final results!

I am back from Berlin – and it was great! I will make a huuugeee blogpost about it later. In the meantime, here’s what’s been happening on my instagram (@raniamaria):

I had a rather spontaneous shoot with Jasmine today! We planned it before the weekend, or at least that we’d have it today. We sort of decided clothes late last night, but today while I was on the tram to the shoot she mailed pictures with other clothes and we changed our minds haha!

We shot at three different locations, took lots of pictures and I used both my 24mm and lensbaby 2.0 – in just an hour, talk about being effective! Jasmine also accidentally flashed a breast while shooting, infront of a couple sitting in the sun haha! I have so much fun shooting her and she’s an amazing model! <3

I’ve been feeling tired and out of energy lately, I’ve gone straight home after school, skipping photographing or practicing poi and such – and then I’ve been home feeling bad for not doing stuff/using time effectively. So today I have a half day at school, then I’ll go to daMatteo and photograph some, and then I’ll go practice some poi before going home!

I have more or less moved in with Andreas now (I just need to update my address from my mum’s to his place) and it feels really good. Although it’s been a bit over six months now, I’m still not completely used to it – or well, I am more used living with my mum.

The other day me and Andreas slept with the door to the balcony open to hear the rain ( it’s so cozy!). When I woke in the morning, I thought the sound of rain was the coffee machine and I though “ah, mum’s up, how nice with freshly brewed coffee” but then I remembered where I was and realised that is was the rain I heard haha. I am so used to waking up and hearing my mum and her husband in the kitchen and such, before they go to work in the mornings.

Besides stuff like that, which really isn’t a big deal, everything feels great and I am so happy!
